Leadership

The goals of the Department Leadership team are:

     1.     Provide Leadership workshops to promote revitalization at ALL units and members with current information,

            renewed enthusiasm, and proper procedures.  Special emphasis is placed on Adapting to Change and Setting Goals.

2.     Provide leadership workshops to train newer members and assist newer Units in proper Auxiliary history, protocol,

        meeting procedures and programs.

     3.     Answer questions and provide assistance when requested.  Workshops are divided into three sections: 

A)    Knowledge of the ALA includes information references, proper meeting procedure, protocol and parliamentary procedure. 

 B)  Organization and Goal setting 

 C)  Positive attitude and adapting to change

Workshops are 3 to 4 hours long but will be adapted to YOUR requests and special needs.
